DRY CARGO CHARTERING
Dry Cargo Chartering coverage includes coal, iron ore, grains, bauxite & alumina, steel products, sugar, fertilizers and many other minor bulks on a worldwide basis as well as short sea trades. Chartering solutions are provided through the mechanisms of calculating single Voyage charters, consecutive voyage charters, trip charters, period charters and contracts of affreightment. Traditional negotiation skills are combined with market knowledge, research and analysis giving clients the opportunity to benefit on its dynamic approach and commitment.
SALE AND PURCHASE
The Company is now actively involved in Sale and Purchase for dry bulk vessel which includes vessel valuations , purchase negotiations, Memorandum of Agreement (MOA ) negotiations , carrying out pre-purchase physical inspections and market appraisals made on behalf of investors. The Company is also involved contracting of new building tonnage through close working relationships with major shipyards.
CONSULTING SERVICES
The company is engaged with the Owners and their cargo interest client base to offer a wealth of information on a wide range of commercial shipping-related consultancy.
The company expertise lies primarily within the areas of market trends, analysis and forecasting. The company offers business development with strategic planning and assessments for Sale & Purchase, cargo contracts, spot or long-term charter.
The Company represents some well-known shipyards in Turkey as well.
